What are your catering order minimums?

Our minimums are lower during our regularly-scheduled Saturday-morning pickup windows at The Kitchen Table Santa Fe (313 Camino Alire)—typically between 10-11am—and higher outside of those windows (to account for increased production costs):

• 10+ pastries for pickup during that Saturday window, and
• 30+ pastries outside of that window.

What options are on your pastry catering menu?

Pending availability on specific dates, we try to have all the classics:

• Cinnamon twist ($5.50): Extra-squishy bun dough layered with brown sugar and royal cinnamon and topped with crunchy sugar
• Classic cardamom bun ($5.50): Extra-squishy bun dough layered with freshly ground cardamom butter and topped with sparkling sugar
• Cardamom morning bun ($6.50): Flaky laminated dough swirled with freshly ground cardamom butter and orange zest and finished with vanilla bean syrup
• Tebirkes ($6.50): Flaky laminated dough stuffed with fragrant almond filling and topped with poppyseeds
• Vanilla bean spandauer ($6.50): Flaky laminated dough topped with rich vanilla bean pastry cream and crunchy sugar
• Salted rye and chocolate chip cookie ($5): A chocolate chip cookie enriched with nutty rye flour and finished with delicate flakes of Maldon sea salt

For morning events that don't fall on a Saturday, what are my pickup options?

We'll arrange a mutually-agreeable time for pickup at The Kitchen Table Santa Fe (313 Camino Alire) during the early evening hours of the day preceding your event. (Don't worry, your pastries will be beautifully packaged and remain perfectly fresh overnight!) When you place your order, please set your pickup date as the day before your event.

For afternoon events that don't fall on a Saturday, what are my pickup and delivery options?

You can either pick up your order at noon at The Kitchen Table Santa Fe (313 Camino Alire), or arrange for free delivery within Santa Fe city limits anytime after noon.

How far in advance do I need to place my catering request?

As a small business serving handmade products, we typically require 7 days' notice for catering orders (though we'll certainly try to honor requests that fall within this window, if we're able). The more advance notice you give us, the better the chance we'll be available to support your event!

How do I place my catering request?

What happens after I submit the form?

The details of your request will land in our inbox, and we'll respond with our availability for the date you requested, any follow-up questions we might have, and—when all that's squared away—an invoice for your order. (We can also provide estimates and purchase orders if necessary.)

At what point is my catering order confirmed?

Once you pay your invoice, your order date and quantities will be officially secured!

Do you provide drop-off coffee and tea service?

While we don't provide this service ourselves, we're happy to help you coordinate with our friends at Ruby Mac's Coffee to make sure all the sugar and caffeine needs for your event are met.
